GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: GTC) contain the service conditions applicable when using the website and online store www.luizajewels.com (hereinafter: Webshop). By using the Webshop, the user declares that they agree with the contents of these GTC, and by placing an order in the Webshop, enters into a contract with Ács-Zboznovits Lilla, sole proprietor (hereinafter: Service Provider).
The Service Provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify these GTC by informing users of the modification via a notice on www.luizajewels.com and publishing the updated version on the website. Continued use of the Webshop after such modification—including browsing and purchasing—constitutes acceptance of the modified GTC.
These GTC and their interpretation shall be governed by Hungarian law. The language of the contract is Hungarian. Prices displayed in the Webshop are gross prices.
Registration, User Account
Users may register in the Webshop. The services are available to all natural persons with legal capacity under Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code (hereinafter: User). During registration, the User must provide accurate data.
By registering and providing personal data (name, email address, billing details), a user account is created. This account contains the User’s data provided during registration and orders, order numbers, and all related documents.
Users may also place orders as guests without registration. In this case, the User must provide all necessary data for order fulfillment and must declare upon finalizing the order that they have read, understood, and accepted these GTC and the Privacy Policy.

Purchase Process
By purchasing through the Webshop, a sales contract is concluded between the User and the Service Provider. The content of the contract is defined by these GTC, in addition to applicable mandatory legal provisions.
The Service Provider does not enter into contracts with minors.
Product details (description, price) are available on the product page. By placing an order, the User makes a binding offer to purchase. The User is bound by the order and must fulfill the contract, including payment and acceptance of the product if the Service Provider performs accordingly.
Consumer rights can be exercised directly with the Service Provider, who handles complaints and warranty obligations.
The User acknowledges that products are made individually upon request or based on the User’s instructions (hereinafter: Custom Products). Unless otherwise stated, all products are considered Custom Products. According to Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.), the right of withdrawal without justification does not apply to Custom Products.
Orders cannot be modified after submission. However, the Service Provider may withdraw from the order in justified cases (e.g., lack of materials), in which case the User is not entitled to compensation, but the Service Provider must refund the paid amount.
Warranty
The Service Provider provides a 1-year warranty on products. In case of defects, please contact us immediately.
The warranty does not cover improper use, and damages resulting from improper use are the responsibility of the User. Defective products will be repaired if possible; otherwise, they will be replaced.
No size guarantee is provided for rings.
Exchange
Products may be exchanged for another model within 14 working days from receipt, with payment of any price difference (refunds are not possible).
To initiate an exchange, the User must contact the Service Provider. All costs related to the exchange (e.g., return shipping) are borne by the User.
Delivery Methods
Unless otherwise stated, all jewelry is custom-made after payment, taking 14–28 working days. Delivery follows completion.
The Service Provider is not liable for delays.
Delivery options: personal pickup, home delivery, or parcel locker. Shipping costs are borne by the User:
- GLS home delivery: 2,500 HUF
- MPL: 3,000 HUF (within Hungary)
- FoxPost locker: 1,500 HUF
Personal pickup is free at BOGA Showroom (1111 Budapest, Bercsényi utca 4.).
International shipping costs are based on Hungarian Post rates.
The User must ensure availability for delivery. Upon receipt, the User must check the product. Complaints must be reported immediately. After acceptance, no responsibility is taken for aesthetic defects or missing accessories.
Failed delivery and re-delivery costs are borne by the User.
The Service Provider is not responsible for courier delays.
Billing and Payment Methods
Prices at the time of ordering apply. The Service Provider reserves the right to change prices. Shipping costs are added at checkout.
Invoices are issued by the Service Provider.

Protection of Personal Rights
The Service Provider ensures confidentiality and does not share data with third parties.
Data Protection
The Service Provider is committed to protecting personal data in compliance with applicable laws. Data is only shared with subcontractors necessary for order fulfillment.
Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their data at any time.
Data is stored for order processing and communication purposes.
Cookies may be used for functionality.
Analytics data may be collected to improve user experience.
User data may be shared with delivery companies if necessary.
Data is deleted after delivery, except for registered user accounts.
Users may request export or deletion of their data.
Messages may be checked by automated spam filters.
Copyright
All products, images, and materials created by the Service Provider are protected by copyright laws.
Use, reproduction, or publication requires prior written consent and proper attribution.
Photos are illustrative; actual product appearance may slightly differ due to display settings.
Limitation of Liability
Use of the Webshop implies acceptance of internet risks.
The Service Provider is not liable for:
- Technical issues on the User’s device
- System errors or malicious attacks
- Force majeure or external factors
The Service Provider may modify these GTC at any time. Changes do not affect already confirmed orders.
In case of price changes, previous prices apply to already placed orders.

The Service Provider states that due to the handmade nature and natural materials used, products may differ slightly from images shown online, for which no liability is assumed.
